About Precision Outdoor
The beginning of Precision Outdoor and Water goes all the way back to 2009, when Casey Longmire began Premiere Lawns, which was a mowing company started by Casey during his time at McMurry University. From there, he was asked to install an irrigation system and after researching, Casey received his irrigation license in July of 2010. After that, Casey began installing irrigation systems and learning everything he could to better assist the customers he was gaining in the Abilene area. He sold Premiere Lawns in 2012 and began to work with his father for Longmire plumbing. After three years in the business and obtaining his journeyman’s license, Casey knew that his heart was in the landscape and irrigation business. He started Precision Turf Management in 2015 and continued to install irrigation and landscaping while providing upfront, honest and dependable work.
In 2023, Precision Turf Management grew to begin water treatment services in addition to their previous work and soon after merged to become Precision Outdoor and Water which is your one stop shop for all your irrigation, home water and landscaping needs.
Casey Longmire
Owner
Casey Longmire is the owner of Precision Outdoor + Precision Water. Casey designs all of the landscape and pool projects and oversees all projects. Casey has been in the irrigation business for 12 years, and continues to grow his knowledge on all things outdoor and water. He is also a licensed plumber and and has much experience in the plumbing industry, and is currently working towards his master plumbing license. He prides himself in continuing to expand his knowledge to provide the best services to Precision customers. Casey has been married to his wife Megan for 10 years, and they have one son, Lincoln. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his family or go to the golf course.
Matt Alexander
Director of Operations
Originally from all over West Texas, Matt moved to Abilene after High School and stayed after getting married. He has been married to Jessica for 16 years and they have two boys, one in high school and one grown. Matt is an Army veteran with an overseas deployment and several state side activations with the National Guard. With that experience, he brings organizational structure and leadership experience that is helping to make Precision Water and Precision Outdoor a well-trained, highly skilled team of professionals that you can rely on for all of your outdoor living dreams.
Kevin Yeakle
Field Operations Manager
Kevin Yeakle has worked for Precision Turf since 2015. Kevin oversees the day to day operations, and helps customers with warranty issues. Kevin was born and raised in Abilene, and graduated from Hardin Simmons University. Kevin has been married to his wife, Robbye since 2021 and they share two daughters.
Megan Longmire
Social Media Manager & Assistant
Megan Longmire organizes our social media pages and does advertising, as well as helps balance books in the office, and various other office things. She organizes schedules, runs errands, and has helped with the company rebranding. Megan is from Abilene and graduated from Texas Tech School of Nursing. When she is not in the office she is working as a nurse, or having fun being a mom. She is involved in her community and a member of Junior League of Abilene. In her free time she loves to travel, workout, and spend time with her family and friends.
Salvador DeLeon
Service Tech Manager
Salvador DeLeon is our Service Tech Manager as well as lead service tech for irrigation repairs, retro fits, and system alterations who has been with our company for two years. He is a family man with three wonderful children ages eleven and nine month old twins. As a family man he says he is proud to work for a family operated business.
Dina Longmire
Office Manager
Dina Longmire has been our office manager since 2015. She oversees the schedule of both companies, billing, and basically all things office related. Dina is a retired teacher, and now works for us full time. She is involved in her church, where she is also the treasurer. She has been married for 38 years. She has two sons, and three grandchildren. Dina loves to spend her free time with family, friends, and most of all her grandchildren.
